With Miami's landscape rapidly changing, Developers 13th Floor Investments and Avra Jain have created a new home bridging the design district with midtown Miami. As furniture stores in the design district have moved out to make way for fashion vendors, 3650 offered a new home to the burgeoning midtown area. With the help of Metro One properties, 3650 now houses tenants including Clima Outdoor Furniture and Alno Kitchen Designs. McKenzie Construction was hired to spearhead the project that entailed a full structural shell remodel, adding a 3rd floor, and building out the interior common areas and tenant spaces.
