Tribeca Media, one of Spain's leading advertising agencies, has opened a distinct boutique office space, offering members a uniquely collaborative working environment. Overlooking Biscayne Bay and the American Airlines arena in the Marina Blue Tower, the 7,400 square foot space was conceptualized by Tribeca Media's CEO, Alfonso Estevez, and designed by Gonzalez Architecture. McKenzie Construction completed the build-out including a private office and versatile co-work areas, an eighteen-foot custom millwork library, a solid wood oak kitchen, meeting rooms, and elevators leading to a 2,500 square-foot mezzanine. The space offers a Taschen design library, a fully-stocked in-house cafe, a state-of-the-art print lab by LIFEinCOLORS, and extends members access to car rental service via Hertz on Demand while simultaneously providing a member-dedicated DecoBike station located just outside the office.
