This residence received numerous modifications from both our Construction and Craft divisions. Black Walnut veneers were hand selected to create seamless custom doors and wall paneling that wraps the entire entryway and flows directly into the living room. Within this custom paneling, concealed doors are operated with push latch hardware, making the mechanical aspects virtually invisible. The paneling system also deftly hides numerous building systems, including HVAC, alarm systems, and an integrated method to hang artwork.

The display of the client’s private art collection was a driving idea behind the fabrication of the elements within this design-build project. Floor-to-ceiling sliding stainless steel dividing panels were created to be easily moved, allowing the space to adapt and change based on the type and style of the artwork displayed.
