In the heart of Little River, this project offers prime retail and restaurant spaces in a community that is rapidly growing and adapting to change. We partnered with the city on a mission to bring Commerce Park back to life after over 20 years of fenced of adjacent properties being closed. The upgraded park will have a direct connection with the retail and restaurant spaces, becoming a new and exciting amenity for the community.
