Jugofresh founder Matthew Sherman has brought another healthy bites space to the Miami area: Paradigm Kitchen in Miami Beach's Sunset Harbour. The health restaurant concept serves up “clean soul food” with some love. Their motto, "Shiftshappens, always choose love" highlights this. The motto comes from the founder in light of his goal to help build a bridge between our broken food system and a more sustainable way of eating for mind, body, spirit and planet. This project was done in collaboration with McKenzie Craft.
