Our skilled design-focused build team led the successful completion of another single-family residence gut rehab. In collaboration with 3Design Architecture, Stillwater Drive Residence was an exciting challenge for both teams. A major renovation that included considerable new construction and a desire to fully optimize the use of every square foot, the team had to deliver six bedrooms in two stories while drawing upon and including as much of the bay view as possible. The design allows for stunning bay views from the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms across a new pool, boardwalk, and dock.
