McKenzie was the architect of record and general contractor for this Miami residence located in The Cloisters. The luxury gated community is located in the heart of Coconut Grove, Miami’s original neighborhood. The three-story townhome spans more than 6,500 square feet and boasts a rooftop terrace for entertaining. Local Florida keystone was used along the wall of the stairwell, which was rebuilt four stories high with a chandelier running through its entirety. McKenzie rebuilt the first two floors per the client's design plans on the gut and renovation of the project.
